RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

At House of Varsity, we prioritize making your shopping experience as smooth as possible. In order to provide you the best experience with satisfaction of your purchase, we share details of size, color and material for the order you placed, just after receiving your order via confirmation email. We request you to please verify the details and let us know regarding your approval. If we don’t get your response of approval from email, we will proceed with your item in production after 12hours of confirmation email.
The purpose of doing this is to facilitate you as much as we can, you can tell us regarding your approval and changes (if required).
Although it is appreciated to check Size, Material, Color and each and every detail carefully at the time of order placement.
Return, Exchange and Refund Policy remains for 30-Days and only applicable for general categories including (House of Varsity Premium, Letterman Varsity, Hooded Varsity, Denim Varsity, Bomber Varsity, Suede Varsity, Streetwear Varsity, Corduroy Varsity, Cropped Varsity AND LEATHER JACKETS). There is no Return, Exchange and Refund for Customized, Wholesale and Team & Clubs orders as they all are made by your provided choices.
Customized, Wholesale and Team & Clubs orders are made just for you, so we are unable to accept returns, exchange and refunds on THEM. We hope you understand that every detail of your order including style, size, material, and more is made according to your provided specific choices.
Complimentary Gifts are not eligible for return, exchange and refund as they are provided to you as a gift from House of Varsity. We truly appreciate your understanding that gift or complimentary items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
POLICY POINTS:
- House of Varsity offers a flexible 30-days return and exchange window. If 30 days have gone since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To submit a return, you must complete the return form.
- You must provide proof of receipt or purchase.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unaltered and unwrinkled. Must be in the same condition that you received. It must also be in original packaging with all tags attached and no signs of use or damage.
- Once we receive and review your returned item, we’ll send you an email to confirm its arrival and inform you whether your refund or exchange has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed in case of refund, and the amount except shipping fee will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
- Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning an item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount. And in the case of exchange, both sides of shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer – For returning item and to receive exchanged item.
- When returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please note that we cannot guarantee the receipt of items sent without tracking.

- We reserve the right to accept or reject returns, exchanges, and refunds that do not meet the specified criteria.
- We offer replacements only for items that arrive defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange your item for the same one, please contact us for assistance at contactus@houseofvarsity.com.
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, please start by checking your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take a few days for the refund to appear. Next, reach out to your bank, since processing times can vary. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us for further assistance at contactus@houseofvarsity.com.
- Cancellation - You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it. Simply fill out the cancellation form to submit your request or contact us at contactus@houseofvarsity.com.
- Product Prices and Availability - Please note that product prices and availability on our website are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to keep all information current and accurate; however, occasional updates or adjustments may occur.
- Correction of Errors - In the event of any errors or inaccuracies, we will promptly correct them to maintain the accuracy of our listings and ensure transparency.
- Pricing Discrepancies - While we strive to ensure accurate pricing at all times, discrepancies may occasionally occur. During order processing, if we discover that the correct price of a product is lower than what you paid, we’ll gladly refund the difference. If the correct price is higher, we will contact you for confirmation before proceeding or, if necessary, cancel the order and notify you. Please note that we are not obligated to process orders at incorrect (lower) prices.
- Right to Refuse Service - We reserve the right, at our discretion, to decline or cancel any order or service, if necessary, in order to maintain fairness, security, and a positive shopping experience for all customers.
